目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)与胎儿生长受限(FGR)的相关性。方法采用放射免疫法和免疫放射法测定20例FGR孕妇(FGR组)和17例正常孕妇(对照组)的血清及新生儿脐血IGF-Ⅰ水平,并对其结果进行相关性研究。结果 FGR组孕妇血清IGF-Ⅰ(115.44±4.34)μg/L,低于对照组(121.92±10.51)μg/L(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;FGR组脐血清IGF-Ⅰ(121.48±5.85)μg/L,低于正常组的(124.24±10.08)μg/L(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;孕妇血清IGF-Ⅰ水平与新生儿出生体重无相关性(r=0.189,P>0.05)。新生儿脐血IGF-Ⅰ水平与新生儿出生体重呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.05)。结论 IGF-Ⅰ可能在FGR的发病中有重要的作用,并可能为将来诊断和治疗FGR提供新的途径。
Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods Serum and neonatal cord blood IGF-Ⅰ levels were measured in 20 FGR pregnant women (FGR group) and 17 normal pregnant women (control group) by radioimmunoassay and radioimmunoassay, and their correlations were studied. Results The level of serum IGF-Ⅰ in FGR group was significantly lower than that in control group (115.44 ± 4.34 μg / L, 121.92 ± 10.51 μg / L, P <0.01) ± 5.85) μg / L and lower than that of the normal group (124.24 ± 10.08 μg / L, P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between serum IGF-Ⅰ level and birth weight of newborns (r = 0.189 , P> 0.05). Neonatal umbilical cord blood IGF-Ⅰ levels and birth weight were positively correlated (r = 0.575, P <0.05). Conclusion IGF-Ⅰ may play an important role in the pathogenesis of FGR and may provide a new way to diagnose and treat FGR in the future.
