目的对喀什货场日本大蠊侵害进行全面调查,并通过综合防治取得成效。方法采用药激法确定侵害密度,现场采集活虫进行分类鉴定。结果经鉴定为新疆铁路地区首次出现的日本大蠊。结论应不断加强铁路辖区媒介生物本底情况的调查与监测,并积极采取综合防治手段进行有效控制。
Objective To carry out a comprehensive investigation of the invasion of cockroaches in Japan at Kashi freight yard and to achieve results through comprehensive prevention and treatment. Methods The drug resistance method was used to determine the density of infestation, and live insects were collected for classification and identification. The result was identified as the first appearance of Japanese cockroach in Xinjiang Railway. Conclusion The investigation and monitoring of the background of media organisms in railway jurisdictions should be continuously strengthened. Active control and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken.
