我院自1989年以来,开展微波治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)30例,单纯微波凝固术25例,另5例采用凝固加电切(TUR)治疗,均取得满意效果,报告如下。 年龄 58～82岁,平均70岁。均有典型的BPH症状,经肛门指诊,B超及膀胱镜检查而确诊。术前曾行中药治疗7例、注射疗法4例、耻骨上膀胱造瘘2例。镜下前列腺尿道<3.5cm8例,<4.5cm13例,4.5cm以上9例,并见前列腺尿道有不同程度的受压、偏曲及狭窄。双侧叶增生21例,三叶增生9例。最大残余尿量300ml。 器械与方法 使用国产微波前列腺治疗仪,频率2450MHz,输出功率50～120W。微波凝固附件为上海长海医院研制的硬性同轴放射极,直径0.7cm、长2.5cm,分180°及360°二种,其凝固深度1.7cm。TUR用日本产Olympus电切镜及多功用
