绿豆在我省栽培历史悠久。种类繁多,品种资源十分丰富。张家口宣化明绿豆和高阳小绿豆等都是我省名贵特产。绿豆含有丰富的蛋白质、淀粉和人体需要的各种氨基酸和多种维生素,是食用,又有培肥地力、抗灾备荒等多种用途,外贸出口的重要物资。前人对该作物研究的不多,其开花结实规律未见到报导,为今后杂交育种和栽培技术研究工作,于1981年在本所试验场对绿豆的开花结实规律进行了初步观察。本所试验
