目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检测甲状腺恶性肿块的血流、肿瘤组织的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与颈部淋巴结转移的关系。方法:运用CDFI检测26个甲状腺恶性肿块(经手术病理证实)的血流并进行血流参数测定,同时术后采用免疫组织化学技术对肿瘤内TGF-β1进行计数,分析血流参数与TGF-β1间是否存在相关性。结果:甲状腺恶性肿瘤伴淋巴结转移组的收缩期峰值流速(SPV)、血流阻力指数(RI)值及TGF-β1计数均高于无淋巴结转移组,且TGF-β1与SPV、TGF-β1与RI存在明显正相关。结论:彩色多普勒血流参数测定对甲状腺恶性肿瘤是否伴颈部淋巴结转移有重要参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between blood flow of thyroid malignant mass, transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and cervical lymph node metastasis by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods: The blood flow of 26 thyroid malignancies (confirmed by surgery and pathology) was detected by CDFI and the blood flow parameters were measured. Meanwhile, the expression of TGF-β1 in the tumor was counted by immunohistochemical technique after operation, β1 whether there is a correlation between. Results: The peak systolic velocity (SPV), flow resistance index (RI) and TGF-β1 count in patients with thyroid malignant tumor and lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis. The expressions of TGF-β1, There was a clear positive correlation between RI. Conclusion: The determination of color Doppler flow parameters of thyroid cancer with cervical lymph node metastasis is an important reference value.
