发展杂交稻已经成为我国当前粮食生产的主要途径。杂交稻的纯度是影响产量的关键,各地在生产实践中正在不断地研究杂交稻亲本的提纯方法,使杂交稻纯度得以不断提高。1984年,我们在前人的研究基础上,提出了“单株选择、分系鉴定、混系繁殖”的改良提纯法。经多年实践证明,采用此法后,不育系种子纯度逐年得到提高。1983年不育系纯度为92%,1986年为99.97%,1987年为99.99%。不育株率和不育度均在99.9%以上。改良提纯
The development of hybrid rice has become the main way of food production in our country. The purity of hybrid rice is the key to yield. The production of hybrid rice has been continuously studied in various localities to improve the purity of hybrid rice. In 1984, based on our predecessors’ research, we proposed an improved and purified method of “single plant selection, lineage identification and mixed breeding”. After many years of practice, using this method, the purity of the male sterile lines has been increased year by year. The purity of CMS in 1983 was 92%, 99.97% in 1986 and 99.99% in 1987.
