目的：对牙周炎患者龈沟液（ＧＣＦ）中ＴＮＦα进行定量分析，初步探讨ＴＮＦα与牙周炎临床指标及ＧＣＦ中ＩＬ－８的关系。方法：采集２３例成人牙周炎患者ＧＣＦ，并记录临床指标：菌斑指数，牙龈指数，牙周袋深和附着水平。用Ｗｈａｔ－ｍａｎⅠ号滤纸条采集ＧＣＦ，通过ＥＬＩＳＡ法对ＧＣＦ中ＴＮＦα进行检测。结果：牙周炎ＧＣＦ中ＴＮＦα的检出率为４４．１２％，含量范围为０．００１～０．０２４ｍｇ／Ｌ，ＧＣＦ中ＴＮＦα含量与牙周附着水平，ＧＣＦ中ＩＬ－８水平相关显著；而健康组ＧＣＦ中ＴＮＦα检出率为０。结论：ＴＮＦα参与牙周炎症反应，并与细胞因子ＩＬ－８有一定的联系。
Objective: To quantitatively analyze TNFα in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of patients with periodontitis and to explore the relationship between TNFα and clinical indicators of periodontitis and IL-8 in GCF. Methods: GCF was collected from 23 adult patients with periodontitis and the clinical parameters of plaque index, gingival index, periodontal pocket depth and attachment level were recorded. GCF was collected using What-man No. I filter paper and TNFα in GCF was detected by ELISA. Results: The detection rate of TNFα in GCF of periodontitis was 44.12% in the range of 0.001-0.024 mg / L. The content of TNFα in GCF was significantly correlated with the periodontal attachment and the level of IL-8 in GCF. The detection rate of TNFα in GCF of healthy group was 0. Conclusion: TNFα participates in the periodontal inflammatory response and has a certain relationship with cytokine IL-8.
