随着建立社会主义市场经济体制工程的陆续启动,各地都在解放思想、突破禁区,不断有新的政策出台,不断有新的举措亮相,势如潮涌,令人感奋。能否跟上时代发展的脚步,使工会工作更好地为市场经济服务,已迫切地摆在了我们面前。新的形势要求我们必须学会以市场经济为导向设计工会工作,工会工作也只有围绕市场求改进,面向市场找课题,着眼市场下功夫,才能扩展出工会工作的新天地。如何以市场为导向开展工会工作,我认为要注意把握以下几点:
