加强领导班子的自我管理,思想作风建设是根本。而搞好领导班子的思想作风建设,最基本的途径是要“重教”,坚持不懈地把学习教育放在首位。事实证明,真正把学习教育落到实处,联系实际,进入思想,进人工作,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,就一定能够把班子建设得坚强有力。“重教”需要做的工作很多,当前,应突出三个方面的教育: 理想信念教育。大量事实告诉我们,一些领导班子成员发生问题甚至走向犯罪,最重要的一条是革命理想信念动摇,人生观、价值观发生扭曲。因此,坚定革命理想信念对每名领导成员来讲都极其重要。为
