身为教师,应该要有点功利之心。说得文雅一点,那就是理想与追求,说得世俗一点即功名利禄。这正如不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵一样。教师,就应该有点功利之心,有追求功名利禄的驱动之心。我所讲的功利,是指从正当的、公平的途径取得的功名利禄,是通过自己的努力奋斗与拼搏获得的功名利禄,是能够传递正能量的功利,而不是通过投机取巧、弄虚作假得来的功利。不管是青年教师还是业务精湛的老教师,都应该有功利
