目的研究合柄铁线莲中黄酮苷类化学成分。方法采用多种分离材料和方法,结合半制备液相分离合柄铁线莲中的黄酮苷类成分。运用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到11个黄酮苷类化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(1)、异牡荆素(2)、过山蕨素(山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-7-α-L-鼠李糖苷)(3)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-(4-O-乙酰基)鼠李糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3-O-(2-β-D-葡萄糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)、染料木素-7-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、澳白檀苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-(6″-n-丁基)葡萄糖醛酸酯(9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(10)和异荭草素(11)。结论化合物1~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of flavonoid glycosides in Elaeagnus. Methods A variety of separation materials and methods were used in combination with semi-preparative liquid phase separation of flavonoid glycosides in the genus Clematis. The use of spectroscopic techniques to identify the structure of compounds. Results Eleven flavonoid glycosides were isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide (1), isovitaminin (2) -3-O-β-D-glucosyl-7-α-L-rhamnoside) (3), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-7-O-α-L - rhamnoside (4), kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L- (4-O-acetyl) rhamnosyl-7-0- alpha-L-rhamnoside (5) 3-O- (2-β-D-glucosyl) -α-L-rhamnosyl-7-0- α -r-rhamnoside (6), genistein -7- O- (1 → 6) -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), albuterol (8), quercetin -3-O-β- (9), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucuronic acid methyl ester (10) and isoorientin (11) .CONCLUSION Compounds 1-11 are the first Times from the plant isolated.
