我们调查的厂是一个公私合营的大半是手工操作的新厂。厂房是利用民房改造的。通风采光不良,车间内环境卫生不佳;缺乏劳动保护装置,生产区与生活区连接在一起,有些车间内工段的排列很拥挤,工人个人防护用具亦不合理。工人没有良好的卫生习惯。
The factory we surveyed is a new plant mostly operated by hand. Plant is the use of housing reform. Poor ventilation and lighting, poor sanitation in the workshop; lack of labor protection devices, production areas and living areas connected together, and some workshops in the workshop layout is very crowded, workers personal protective equipment is not reasonable. Workers do not have good hygiene habits.
