针对航空有机玻璃材料中存在微细裂纹和表面划伤等缺陷,提出一种在地磁场环境下的磁法无损检测方法。通过对有机玻璃的磁化实验和理论分析,得出有机玻璃磁法检测原理和可行性;在地磁场环境下,采用自主研发的磁法探伤仪对有机玻璃进行检测,将检测结果与缺陷实际特征对比表明,磁法检测对有机玻璃表面划伤与表面和内部的微细裂纹有较好的检测效果。
Aiming at defects such as micro-cracks and surface scratches in aviation plexiglass materials, a magnetic method for non-destructive testing in magnetic environment is proposed. Through the magnetization experiment and theoretical analysis of plexiglass, the principle and feasibility of plexiglass magnetic method were obtained. In the geomagnetic field environment, the plexiglass was detected by the magnetic flaw detector developed by ourselves.
