班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者,是学生全面发展的指导者,班主任工作是一门科学,也是一门艺术,班主任工作做得如何,将直接影响到学生的发展和培养。在近年的班主任工作中,我结合自己对学生管理的工作实际,就如何“敲开心灵之门,以师爱激励学生进步”谈几点具体的做法:
