城市作为人类社会经济活动的中心,其能源消耗和碳排放量决定着整个地区或国家的低碳化水平。在深入实施新一轮西部大开发战略背景下,快速发展的工业化、城市化导致了西部地区各城市面临更加严峻的资源和环境问题。文章以西部地区二级城市绵阳市为例,在实地调研基础上深入分析其低碳经济发展现状,提出符合西部二级城市发展低碳经济的一般路径,采用的研究方法和研究结论对西部二级城市发展低碳经济的理论与实践有一定的借鉴意义。
As the center of human economic activities, the energy consumption and carbon emission of cities determine the low carbon level of the entire region or country. Under the background of implementing a new round of strategy for developing the western region, the rapidly developing industrialization and urbanization have led to the cities in the western region facing even more severe problems of resources and the environment. Taking Mianyang, a secondary city in the western region, as an example, based on the fieldwork, this paper analyzes the current situation of its low-carbon economy in depth and puts forward a general approach that is in line with the development of a low-carbon economy in the secondary cities in western China. The research methods and conclusions of the study are as follows: The theory and practice of low-carbon economy in developing cities have certain reference significance.
