目的本文就HO:YAG激光LTK术治疗远视的早期临床结果进行分析,探索手术方案与屈光度之间的关系。方法对18例20只轻度远视眼行HO:YAG激光LTK术治疗,术前屈光度为0.50~2.25D,采用2种不同能量密度,平均随访5.6±1.7mo。结果Ho:YAG激光LTK术对轻度远视(≤3.0D)有效,能量密度65J·cm-2组较能量密度44J·cm-2组治疗效果好,回退明显减少。结论早期临床观察证实此手术方法简单、迅速、见效快以及无短期并发症等优点,不失为有前途的手术治疗。
Objective This paper analyzes the early clinical results of HO: YAG laser LTK for the treatment of hyperopia, and explores the relationship between the surgical plan and diopter. Methods 18 cases of 20 mild hyperopia were treated with HO: YAG laser LTK. The preoperative refraction was 0.50-2.25D. Two different energy densities were used, with an average follow-up of 5.6 ± 1.7 months. Results Ho: YAG laser LTK was effective in mild hyperopia (≤3.0D). The energy density of 65J · cm-2 group was better than that of 44J · cm-2 energy group, and the regression was significantly reduced. Conclusion Early clinical observation confirmed that this surgical method is simple, rapid, quick and no short-term complications and other advantages, after all, a promising surgical treatment.
