采用旋转圆筒式冲刷腐蚀装置通过多种电化学测试及失重测量研究了苯并三氮唑(BTA) 对BFe3011 在单相及含砂人工海水中冲刷腐蚀的抑制作用。结果表明, BTA可有效抑制BFe3011 在单相及含砂人工海水中冲刷腐蚀的阴、阳极反应, 属几何覆盖型缓蚀剂, 其吸附满足Langmiur 等温式;BTA在单相流动海水中比静态下缓蚀作用更强, 但流速较高时,BTA缓蚀作用下降; 在含砂人工海水中, BTA 缓蚀作用随砂含量的增加而降低
The corrosion inhibition of BFe3011 in single-phase and sandy artificial seawater by benzotriazole (BTA) was studied by rotating cylinder type erosion and erosion apparatus through various electrochemical tests and weight loss measurements. The results show that BTA can effectively inhibit the anodic and anodic reactions of BFe30-1-1 in single-phase and sandy artificial seawater, which belongs to the geometrically-covered corrosion inhibitor and its adsorption satisfies the Langmiur isotherm. In the single-phase mobile seawater The corrosion inhibition effect of BTA is stronger than that under static condition, but the corrosion inhibition of BTA decreases when the flow rate is high. In sand-containing artificial seawater, the corrosion inhibition of BTA decreases with the increase of sand content
