目的探究潜水捕捞业减压性骨坏死诊断。方法选取2011年至2015年在大连市职业病防治院职业健康监护中从事潜水捕捞作业人员作为分析对象。通过对被检人员的双肩关节、双髋关节、双膝关节部位在X线摄片或CT平扫片检查已发生骨、关节异常改变的将依据GBZ24-2006《职业性减压病诊断标准》进行诊断和分期,比较骨头的病变程度。结果在2317人中共检出已达到骨坏死诊断标准160例,占5年间体检总人数的6.9%,已达到减压性骨坏死诊断标准的160例中共诊断38例,其中有9例的囊状病变是通过CT检查后诊断的。诊断人数占总体检人数的1.6%,但仅占骨关节异常人数的23.75%;CT平扫片检出率较高。结论严格按照潜水员减压规则操作,建立健全健康监护制度,是切实保障潜水员人身安全的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of decompressive osteonecrosis in diving fishing industry.
