患者,男,68岁。左鼻塞涕中带血1年,1985年11月12日入院。患者1984年9月起左侧不明原因持续性鼻塞,滴1％麻黄素无效。回吸的鼻涕带血丝,余无异常。1985年6月26曰左鼻腔大量出血,经口吐出200ml左右,呈鲜红色,经住院行鼻腔填塞等处理11天后血止,左鼻仍经常涕中带血。1985年7月13日外地医院拟诊“左鼻腔血管瘤”行左鼻侧切开术。
Patient, male, 68 years old. Left nasal congestion was bloody for 1 year and admitted to hospital on November 12, 1985. From September 1984, the patient had persistent nasal congestion of unknown causes on the left side, and 1% ephedrine was ineffective. The sucked nose was bloody and there was no abnormality. On June 26, 1985, a large amount of hemorrhage was left in the left nasal cavity, and spit out about 200ml through the mouth, showing a bright red color. The blood was stopped after 11 days of treatment such as nasal packing in the hospital. The left nose was still bloody in the sputum. July 13, 1985 foreign hospitals diagnosed with “left nasal hemangioma” line left nasal incision.
