第一条为了规范工程勘察设计收费行为,维护发包人和勘察人、设计人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》以及有关法律、法规,制定本规定及《工程勘察收费标准》和《工程设计收费标准》。第二条本规定及《工程勘察收费标准》和《工程设计收费标准》,适用中华人民共和国境内建设项目的工程勘察和工程设计收费。第三条工程勘察设计的发包与承包应当遵循
