支撑未来我国经济持续发展的是优质人才,确保高素质人才层出不穷的手段是合理的教育。与国外同行相比,当前我国高职教育模式中“社校分离”、“知行不一”的现象依然非常突出,“围墙中的花园”这一形象比喻并未真正改变。这些不合理现象已直接影响到企业对人才的需求及行业的综合竞争力,确实不容轻视。因此,有必要重新认识市场机制对提升学生能力的意义和价值,有必要参照国外先进职教模式的基础上,以政府统筹为先行,大胆尝试符合我国特色的“以做促学”职教模式,为经济可持续发展奠定人才基础。
Supporting future sustainable development of China’s economy is a high-quality talent, to ensure that an endless stream of high-quality personnel means a reasonable education. Compared with foreign counterparts, the current phenomenon of “separation of schools and schools” and “knowledge and practice” in the current model of higher vocational education in our country is still very prominent. The image analogy of “the garden in the wall” has not really changed . These unreasonable phenomena have a direct impact on the enterprises’ demand for talents and the overall competitiveness of the industry. They really can not be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to re-understand the significance and value of the market mechanism in enhancing students’ abilities. Based on the advanced foreign vocational education model, we must take the co-ordination of the government as the starting point and boldly try our best to promote learning in accordance with the characteristics of our country Teaching model, lay the foundation for the sustainable development of economy.
