目的采用薄层扫描法测定积雪甙片中积雪草苷的含量。方法分别吸取供试品4μl、对照品2μl及阴性对照溶液4μl,交叉点于硅胶G薄层板上,以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)10℃以下放置12 h后下层溶液为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇为显色剂,于105℃加热至斑点显清晰。检测波长为λs=530 nm,参比波长为λR=400 nm。采用外标点法测定本制剂中积雪草苷含量。结果积雪草苷浓度在0.984~4.920 mg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=3.2%。结论此方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of asiaticoside in Xuexuejing Tablets by TLC scanning. Methods 4 μl of the test sample, 2 μl of the control and 4 μl of the negative control solution were pipetted respectively, and the cross-over point was on the silica gel G plate. The chloroform and methanol-water (65:35:10) were placed below 10°C for 12 h and then the lower layer. The solution is a developing agent, 10% sulfuric acid ethanol is a coloring agent, and it is heated to 105° C. until the spots are clearly visible. The detection wavelength is λs=530 nm and the reference wavelength is λR=400 nm. The content of asiaticoside in the preparation was determined by an external punctuation method. Results The concentration of asiaticoside in the range of 0.984-4.920 mg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery was 100.7%, and the RSD was 3.2%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
