由形位公差国家标准GB1183-80可知:同轴度公差带是直径为公差值t,且与基准轴线同轴的圆柱面内的区域。(为讨论方便,本文引用半值来讨论被测轴线对基准轴线的偏移△)。在实际生产中所碰到的情况是各种各样的,基准轴线可以是指定一个圆柱面的轴心线,也可以是指定两个圆柱面的公共轴心线。在实际生产中选用那一个基准轴线合理要视具体的情况而选择。同轴度基准轴线的选择必须按照零件形体的实际功能和关系来确定,否则无法控制产品质量。例如我厂生产的JS-1型翻斗在第一轴、第二轴的装配关系如图1:
