根据金属流动方向制订了渐开线直齿与棘齿复合齿轮的两种近净成形方案,并利用Deform-3D对这两种方案进行了数值模拟,分析了金属材料成形过程中的流动特点。结果表明:采用径向扩张流动成形时因渐开线直齿径向流动困难,将导致其他部分过度变形进而发生折叠现象;而采用纵向约束流动成形时金属流动合理,对设备负荷要求不高,可以实现渐开线直齿与棘齿复合齿轮的近净成形。
According to the direction of metal flow, two near net shaping schemes of involute spur and ratchet compound gears were developed. The two schemes were simulated by Deform-3D, and the characteristics of flow in metal forming process were analyzed. The results show that due to the involute spur radial flow difficult during the radial expansion flow forming, the other parts will be over deformed and then folded. However, when the flow is confined, the metal flow is reasonable and the equipment load is not demanding. Can achieve involute straight teeth and ratchet composite gear nearly net shape.
