本文报道两例猪带绦虫异位寄生,临床上较罕见。 例1 患者.男,21岁,农民。因右大腿内上侧肿物逐渐增大并伴麻木感2年,于1984年5月14口入院。检查右大腿内上侧可见—约3×4.5×2cm肿物隆起,质中,无压痛,稍活动,与皮肤无粘连。术前诊断:右腿囊肿。在局麻下切开囊壁,见囊腔内有一卷曲成团,长15cm.宽0.3cm、尚能活动的带状虫体,切除囊壁,缝合切口。病理报告:猪带绦虫。随访3年无异常。
This article reports two cases of Taenia solitary parasites, clinical rare. Example 1 patient. Male, 21 years old, farmer. Pathology report: Taenia solium. 3 years follow-up no abnormalities.
