2007年7月3号到6号,《管理@人》杂志联合中国人力资源开发网(简称中人网.www.chinahrd.net)就HR关注的一些典型问题进行了在线答疑,本次答疑的律师是在劳动法领域有着丰富经验的广东卓信律师事务所的资深律师彭志。此次答疑共涉及到广大HR关注的50多个典型问题。彭志律师就新法的与之前的劳动法的异同,HR所疑惑的典型问题作了深入的剖析。在此我们精选10个典型问题,和HR一起探讨新法律下的人力资源工作该如何更合法、有效的开展。
