黄某某,女,45岁。某机关办公室杂工。1982年4月4日入院,住院号:1380。患者1979年3月起病,每于中午时分便出现全身畏寒,轻则畏风,加衣可解;重则覆被,仍寒慄不己,历时半小时至1小时而自行缓解,其后一如常人。发作不分冬夏,虽经中西医治疗,始终未效,诊断亦不明了。既往有不规则胃脘痛病史。入院时“三测”正常,三大常规无异常改变。诊
