我厂引进GE牵引电动机的机座内腔中有4个凸台面及8个R16.3_0~(+0.10)的半圆弧,机座两端孔径小(φ523.88mm),刀具要伸进内腔加工。该工序是在专用数控立铣上完成,目前我厂条件不具备,为攻克工艺难关,在现有设备T612镗床上设计了特种功能的镗铣头解决了生产中的问题。专用镗铣头的结构原理如下图所示。专用镗铣头通过传动轴4的莫氏5号锥柄与镗床主轴连接,经过螺旋齿轮10、11及直齿轮2、3将动力传至安装铣刀的主轴9,加长的铣头壳体1的后端止口与过渡套5通过螺钉
