The first man on the moon, Neil Alden-Armstrong, lives in Ohio. After her husband died in 2012, Carr Armstrong found a mysterious bag in a storage room at home containing equipment used by Armstrong during the Apollo 11 mission to the moon. These items pioneering space exploration should have remained on the moon’s surface. Upon discovering the bag, Carol brought the items to the Smithsonian Institutional National Air and Space Museum.
