观点:改善经营管理建议要聚焦效益,建立长效机制。改善经营管理建议工作是总部推进塑造中国石化特色管理模式的重要内容。自开展改善经营管理建议工作以来,公司根据总部的总体布置,统一思想认识、完善实施细则、健全工作机制、广泛宣传发动,提高了员工参与改善企业生产经营管理的积极性。结合信息平台的运用和评审奖励流程、标准的优化调整,初步形成了通过工作机制保障员工建议转化为企业效益的有效途径,取得了的一定成效,为企业改善管理水平和提升经济效益夯实了群众基础。

In combination with the application of information platform, review and rewards process and standard optimization and adjustment, the Company has initially formed an effective way of guaranteeing employee’s suggestion into enterprise’s benefit through working mechanism and achieved some success. This has laid a solid foundation for enterprises to improve their management level and enhance economic efficiency basis.
