从泵示功图入手,研究了漏失故障工况下抽油泵的运动规律,包括固定阀漏失、游动阀漏失和柱塞脱出工作筒三种工况,并建立了数学模型,对抽油机井系统在该故障下运行状况进行了理论探讨,通过仿真结果与实测结果对比,可看出仿真结果基本能够反映出抽油机井在各种故障工况下的特征。可运用给出的仿真数学模型编制成仿真软件,来实现对抽油机井在各种工况下的运动规律的研究。
Starting from the pump dynamometer, the motion law of the pump under the failure condition was studied, including the fixed valve leakage, the loss of the traveling valve and the plunger off the working cylinder, and the mathematical model was established. The system under the fault operating conditions are discussed theoretically. By comparing the simulation results with the measured results, it can be seen that the simulation results basically reflect the characteristics of pumping well under various fault conditions. Can be used to simulate the mathematical model is compiled into simulation software to achieve the pumping well in a variety of working conditions of the law of motion.
