Regardless of the company’s unified communications center is around a single supplier or multiple, the strategy depends on their individual needs. However, those who choose outside experts will eventually win, save costs and operate efficiently. As Unified Communications (UC) is becoming an integral part of many large companies, the workplace is constantly changing. According to a Forrester Research survey, one in every four work devices worldwide today is mobile, and the number is likely to continue to grow.
