一个城市的灵魂来源于内在文化,没有城市文化的依托,社会经济就很难持续高速的发展。文化“软实力”核心内容就文化实力。这城市竞争力的综合标志。随着各个城市经济文化的发展,提升城市文化软实力已经成为当前需要解决的重要问题。本文以廊坊市为例,探讨了城市文化软实力提升的影响因素,以及如何提升廊坊市城市文化软实力。
