目的 为了探讨肺癌组织中 CD44 v6 m RNA和 nm 2 3H1m RNA表达与临床意义及其相关性。方法 应用原位杂交催化信号放大方法 ,检测 6 5例肺癌组织中 CD44 v6 m RNA和 nm2 3H 1m RNA表达 ,结合临床病理指标及随访病例进行研究分析。结果 在肺癌中 CD44 v6 m RNA和 nm 2 3H1m RNA表达阳性率分别为 6 6 .2 %和 49.2 %。 CD44 v6 m RNA高表达和 nm 2 3H 1m RNA低表达均与肺癌 Pathological tum or node meyastasis (PTNM)分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论 肺癌 CD44 v6 m RNA表达与 nm 2 3H1m RNA表达呈负相关。肺癌中 CD44 v6 m RNA表达与 nm 2 3H1m RNA表达密切相关性 ,两者均可作为预测肺癌转移和评估预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD44 v6 m RNA and nm 2 3H1m RNA in lung cancer. Methods The signal amplification of in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of CD44v6mRNA and nm2 3H 1mRNA in 65 lung cancer tissues. The clinicopathological parameters and follow-up were analyzed. Results The positive rates of CD44 v6 m RNA and nm 2 3H1m RNA in lung cancer were 66.2% and 49.2% respectively. The high expression of CD44 v6 m RNA and the low expression of nm 2 3H 1m RNA were positively correlated with the stage, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. Conclusion The expression of CD44v6mRNA in lung cancer is negatively correlated with the expression of nm23HmRNA. The expression of CD44v6mRNA in lung cancer is closely related to the expression of nm 2 3H1mRNA, both of which can be used as an important index to predict the metastasis of lung cancer and evaluate the prognosis.
