彭绍雨,男,1958年5月出生,重庆开县人,中共党员,高级工程师。1952年毕业于中南矿冶学院(现中南大学)金属材料系金属材料专业,2002年结束西南财经大学工商管理研究生课程学习。曾先后在自贡粉末冶金厂、自贡硬质合金厂担任技术员、分厂厂长、生产计划处处长、策划处处长、公司副总经理。1999年11月至今,任自贡硬质合金有限责任公司总经理。彭绍雨是中国管理科学研究院研究员、中国钨业协会副会长、中国有色金属工业协会常务理事、中国自然辩证法研究会企业发展委员会理事、四川省企协常务理事、四川有色金属工业协会副会长、自贡市第十三届、十四届人大代表。其撰写的学术、管理论文多次获奖。 1999年11月,在自贡硬质合
