露地袋栽香菇,在转色出菇期间,经常会碰到因菌筒的腐烂而影响香菇优质高产。现将菌筒腐烂的症状、成因及防治办法简介如下:一、症状及原因(一)菌筒松散解体。菌筒松而无弹性,手触摸即散于畦面,培养料无异味,多发生在菌简开袋转色时或已出了1~2批菇后。主要原因是:在菌简发菌过程中,培养室通气不良严重缺氧;菌丝生长后期产生大量菌温,加上气温高,没有及时进行翻堆散热,由于温度超过33℃以上而使部份菌丝死亡;当气温下降后虽有部分菌丝能恢复生长,但菌筒已变得松软无弹性,重者脱袋即解体,轻者转色后菌皮薄,出了1~2批菇后(?)如通风不良(?)喷水过多也会松散(?)
