随着我国经济的快速发展,人均物质生活水平有了显著提升,相伴随而来的是环境的持续恶化,自然资源濒临枯竭,环境受到了严重的污染,已经危及到了人类社会的生存和发展。房地产行业作为国民经济健康持续发展中不可或缺的组成部分,其发展水平好坏在其中所起到的作用有着较为深远的影响。房地产项目开发中,由于开发的建筑工程需要耗费大量的人力、物力和财力,能源消耗较大,并且在施工中会产生大量的固体废弃物和废气,对环境造成污染。所以,针对此类问题,房地产企业在项目开发中加强绿色文化建设是必然选择,同时也是时代发展的需求。企业文化对于日常经营活动开展有着较为深远的影响,为了人类社会能够持续发展,加强对房地产开发企业绿色文化建设研究是十分有必要的。
