深入分析和研究羊水污染与新生儿窒息的相关联系,提高疾病的治疗水平。方法收集2011年8月至2012年8月来本院进行分娩的1020例,对产妇在胎心率变异及其与胎动、宫缩的关系进行监测,对羊水进行分度,并使用使用Apgar专业标准进行评分,分析羊水污染与新生儿窒息的关系。结果从研究关数据可以看出,随着羊水分度由0-Ⅲ度的增加,在Apgar专业标准进行评分上,无论是4~7分之间、0~3分之间还是<7分的发生率都是不断的上升的。但是随着羊水污染程度的增加,新生儿发生窒息的程度(RR)也是不断上升的。结论羊水污染与新生儿窒息的发生概率有着密切的关系,在疾病的治疗当中应密切观察羊水的污染情况,及时地采取治疗,减少新生儿窒息的发生概率。
In-depth analysis and research of amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia related linkages, improve disease treatment. Methods From August 2011 to August 2012, 1020 cases of delivery to our hospital were collected. The variation of fetal heart rate and its relationship with fetal movement and uterine contractions were monitored. The amniotic fluid was divided into two groups and used Apgar Standard score, analyze the relationship between amniotic fluid pollution and neonatal asphyxia. The results from the study off the data can be seen, with amniotic fluid division by the 0-III degree increase in the Apgar professional standards for the score, whether it is 4 to 7 points, 0 to 3 points or <7 points The incidence is constantly rising. However, with the increase of amniotic fluid contamination, the degree of asphyxia (RR) in newborns is also on the rise. Conclusions Amniotic fluid pollution is closely related to the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Amniotic fluid contamination should be closely observed in the treatment of the disease, and timely treatment should be taken to reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
