农业作为我国基础性的经济生产形式,其发展的好坏程度直接关系到我国经济的上层建筑质量。而农机作为我国农业发展建设的重要的辅助性机械设备,对其进行科学化的管理对农业的发展具有十分重要的作用。农机财务的合理管理,对农机设备的充分利用是十分有利的。在加快社会主义新农村建设以及服务“三农”的新形势下,如何管理好农机财务是一个需要迫切解决的问题。特别是在社会主义市场经济快速发展的现今社会,财务工作的优劣从侧面反映出了企业的现代化管理水平,这对于农机管理来说也是同样适用的。本文主要探讨了在新形势下应该采取怎样的措施来管理好我国农机财务。
As the basic form of economic production in our country, the development of agriculture is directly related to the quality of the superstructure of our economy. Agricultural machinery, as an important auxiliary machinery and equipment for agricultural development in our country, plays a very important role in agricultural development through its scientific management. The reasonable management of agricultural machinery finance, full use of agricultural machinery and equipment is very favorable. Under the new situation of accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside and serving the “three rural issues,” how to manage the financial affairs of agricultural machinery is an issue that needs urgent solution. Especially in the modern society where the socialist market economy develops rapidly, the pros and cons of financial work reflect the modern management level of the enterprise side by side, which is also applicable to the management of agricultural machinery. This article mainly explores what measures should be taken to manage the finance of agricultural machinery in our country under the new situation.
