南方区甘薯考察工作于1983年10月5日至28日进行。参加考察的有广东、福建、广西、江西、浙江、温州等地的8名代表。先后考察了广东省的汕头、普宁、澄海,福建省的厦门、龙岩、晋江、惠安、福州和浙江省的温州等地的甘薯育种进展、栽培技术以及存在问题。现将此次考察情况总结如下。
Southern sweet potato inspection work in October 5, 1983 to 28 days. Participated in the inspection of Guangdong, Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Wenzhou and other places of eight representatives. Successively investigated the sweet potato breeding progress, cultivation techniques and existing problems of Shantou, Puning, Chenghai in Fujian Province, Xiamen, Longyan, Jinjiang, Hui’an, Fuzhou in Fujian Province and Wenzhou in Zhejiang Province. The investigation is summarized below.
