目的 :为了鉴别易混中药材。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法 ,根据不同的药材具有不同的紫外吸收光普进行比较。结果 :几组易混药材的吸收光谱明显不同。结论 :紫外分光光度法可用于部分中药材的鉴别。
Purpose: To identify easily mixed Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to compare the different UV absorbances of different herbs. Results : The absorption spectra of several groups of easily miscible herbs were significantly different. Conclusion: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry can be used to identify some Chinese herbal medicines.
