2012年中国的房价稳中有降,这不仅仅是政府控制得当,还要归因于外部环境的不明朗导致中国老百姓对购房持观望态度。未来的房价到底会不会涨,以及政府应该如何控制。本文从博弈分析两个角度对其进行研究,并提出一些看法与建议。
China’s housing prices steadily declined in 2012, which is not only due to the government’s proper control, but also due to the uncertainties in the external environment that lead Chinese people to wait and see on their purchases. The future price will rise in the end, and how the government should control. This article from two perspectives of game analysis of its research, and put forward some views and suggestions.
