近日,比利时CMI集团代表与北京经济技术开发区领导在博大大厦共同签署了《投资协议》,宣告CMI正式落户北京经济技术开发区(BDA),位于BDA商务核心区的BDA国际企业大道Ⅱ在众多总部地产项目中脱颖而出,被CMI选为热工设备研发总部办公地点。继GE、奔驰、诺基亚等世界500强企业纷纷落户亦庄,摩托罗拉准备移址望京之后,企业总部选址明显呈现出多元化的趋势,带动了许多国际国内知名企业离开拥堵的城市商务中心,在郊区选择独栋冠名的办公楼已悄然成风。
