文学语言本身所具备的视觉转化、视觉延续、视觉意象形态为文学的图像接受提供了前提和条件,但图像(特别是电影)的繁盛却改变了传统的文学阅读方式,它在综合性、技术性、普适性上的优势使图像接受成为这个时代的审美风尚。图像接受因画面、影像的加盟使文学意义在接受上遭遇解构与转向。图像接受只能无限接近文本的本真意义却无法将其彻底理解并表述出来,图像所进行的仅是建立在原始文本基础之上并无法超越文本的部分“转述”。
