我们国家的企业随着改革开放取得了骄人的成绩,企业里面的改革也在不断加深,发展的方式方法也在不断地变化。所以,企业的政工价值观和职业观也发生了变化,不再单一。这就给企业的政工队伍的发展提出了新的挑战。我们很有必要提高政工的综合素质和能力。
The enterprises in our country have achieved remarkable success with the reform and opening up. The reform in the enterprises is also deepening and the ways and means of development are constantly changing. Therefore, the political values of the enterprise and the concept of occupation have also changed, no longer a single. This poses new challenges to the development of the political workforce in enterprises. We need to improve the overall quality and ability of political workers.
