本文介绍了记录家兔在体心脏单相动作电位(MAP)的实验技术。结果表明,吸引电极的负压的大小是影响MAP记录稳定性的基本因素,电极部位的心肌出血则是引起MAP波形发生畸变的主要原因。提出了防止波形畸变的技术措施,並观察了缺血和几种特异性药物对MAP的影响,说明MAP记录对分析心肌电生理特性的变化有一定的实用价值。
This article describes the experimental technique for recording the monophasic action potential (MAP) of rabbits in vivo. The results showed that the negative pressure of the attracting electrode was the basic factor that affected the stability of MAP recording. Myocardial hemorrhage at the electrode site was the main cause of distorted MAP waveform. The technical measures to prevent the waveform distortion were proposed. The effects of ischemia and several specific drugs on the MAP were also observed. It is concluded that MAP recording has some practical value for analyzing the changes of myocardial electrophysiological properties.
