财务管理是企业管理中一个重要的部分,可以说是一个企业的支柱。如果一个企业的财务管理存在弊病,其严重影响企业的整个管理。财务管理是根据相关的财经政策,按照管理的原则,合理安排财会人员,组织相应的活动,调动员工的积极性,在整体财务目标下处理财务关系的一项经济管理工作。它是企业的核心工作,一旦瘫痪势必影响企业的资金流通。随着市场经济的发展,有效的市场占有率成为关键,企业的资本投资和收益面临新的挑战。但是,企业的财务管理仍存在弊病。本文从企业财务信息不对称,财务预算综合征,企业内部控制制度不健全等问题探究相应的对策,提高企业的财务管理水平,用创新的方法在市场经济的趋势下立足不败之地。
Financial management is an important part of business management, arguably the backbone of an enterprise. If the financial management of an enterprise is flawed, it seriously affects the entire management of the enterprise. Financial management is an economic management work in accordance with the relevant financial policies and in accordance with the principle of management, rational arrangement of accountants, organizing corresponding activities, mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff and handling financial relations under the overall financial goals. It is the core business of the enterprise, once paralyzed is bound to affect the flow of funds. With the development of market economy, the effective market share becomes the key, and the capital investment and profit of enterprises face new challenges. However, there are still some shortcomings in the financial management of enterprises. This paper explores the corresponding countermeasures from the problems of asymmetric financial information, financial budget syndrome and the imperfect internal control system in enterprises so as to improve the financial management level of the enterprises and establish an invincible position with the innovative method under the trend of market economy.
