The afternoon of April 10, organized by Baoji Social Science Association, Baoji University of Arts and Sciences, Baoji City Sinology Research Association organized to cultivate and practice of the core values of socialism into the campus activities, Baoji College of Arts and the first report will be held. The report will invite Fan Wen, chairman of Lanzhou Writers Association, to return home for Baoji students to make a report on the core values of Chinese learning and socialism. Pham Van is a native of Qishan County, Baoji City. During his time in Lanzhou, he built socially-accredited cultural projects such as the China Qincha Museum, Lanzhou Waterwheel Park, Lanzhou Guoxue Museum and so on. His essays such as “The Red Gate Tower” and “Snow Crab” and other essays such as “Half-Life Enlightenment” won prizes in Gansu Province and the whole country.
