目的:了解大学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿的现状,为高等院校开展器官捐赠的宣传教育提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对1 943名大学生进行调查。结果:大学生对器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿得分分别为(6.90±2.23)分、(82.45±14.88)、(2.05±0.78)分;医科大学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿得分高于理工科及文科大学生(P<0.01)。结论:大学生的器官捐赠总体得分处于中等水平,在高校大学生中开展器官捐赠相关知识教育是非常必要的。
Objective: To understand the status quo of knowledge, attitude and willingness of organ donation for college students and to provide a reference for the publicity and education of organ donation in colleges and universities. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1,943 undergraduates. Results: The score of knowledge, attitude and willingness of college students on organ donation was (6.90 ± 2.23) points (82.45 ± 14.88) and (2.05 ± 0.78) points respectively. The score of organ donation knowledge, attitude and willingness of medical college students was higher than that of science, engineering and liberal arts College students (P <0.01). Conclusion: The overall score of college students’ organ donation is at a moderate level. It is necessary to carry out organ donation - related knowledge education among university students.
