气相色谱(Gas Chromatography)分析简称GC,须将难气化的化合物变为易气化又稳定的衍生物,方可进行。衍生物化是体内成分等进行GC分析时不可缺少的前处理步骤。GC前处理试剂随着应用GC分析的化合物种类不断增加而增多。本文仅对近年来几个较新的GC前处理试剂分为两类加以扼要叙述,有关特长也一并作简单介绍。一、有机硅试剂有机硅化物作为官能团保护试剂或作为合成试剂参加有机反应,开始于1960年的后半年。短短十几年的时间,抛开官能团保护的目的不计,仅用于宫能团转换和碳-碳键的生成,据报导已有1000种以上的新方法和有机硅试剂被应用。此外,还用于复杂天然有机合成的关键反应,以期减少化合物的合成难度,提高收率,降低反应工艺的条件等。
